These terms govern your use of PastelFold ("the app"), developed by Minash. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
PastelFold is a wallpaper app: browse curated pastel wallpapers, save them to your device, and set them as your wallpaper. A free tier is available; a single one-time "unlock everything" purchase removes all content restrictions. There are no subscriptions and no ads.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PastelFold on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Wallpapers made available through the app are licensed to you for personal use as device wallpaper only. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make available any wallpaper obtained through the app as a standalone file or as part of another product or service.
The optional unlock purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, payment methods, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own terms and refund policies — we do not process payments or issue refunds directly. Your purchase unlocks all premium content within the app and is tied to your Apple ID or Google account.

The app, its design, and its wallpaper content are owned by Minash or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update the app or these terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time.
